Yesterday, we enjoyed one of the most important days of the school year: our Year 13 Graduation Ceremony. It has been a very special academic year and, as such, it was a moving ceremony for every member of our ELIS Villamartín community: students, parents and staff. These young adults have reached the end of their journey as students at ELIS Villamartín but now join our ELIS Alumni community.
This year our last school day was different from previous years, since we also celebrated our brand-new ELIS Community Day. In the morning and afternoon our students, depending on their Key Stage, enjoyed different activities, quizzes and workshops with the wider community basing on different topics such as Egypt, Pirates, Dragons, STEAM, Art, Music performances, escape room, book fair and sports like chess or table tennis among many others.
We wish all our graduates every success; we thank them and their families for their ongoing support to our school community; and we look forward to welcoming them back to ELIS Villamartín whenever they can visit. You are and always will be one of us!
