Results & Performance
At the end of Year 11 pupils take their IGCSEs and successful students receive a Statement of Studies, converted into the Graduate in Secondary Education Certificate (Certificado de Graduado en Educación Secundaria). Advanced Level examinations (A-levels) are taken over the last two years of study in the secondary department and are the standard entry qualification for British, Spanish and other international universities. Every year all our pupils achieve entry to their first choice university, mainly in the UK and Spain.
The Guidance Department works closely with tutors to detect specific learning needs and provide educational support in areas such as the reading-writing process, mathematics and speech development to those Early Years and Primary pupils who require it. It also addresses circumstances of behavioural change and works together with staff and families to support pupils and monitor their progress and development.
Beyond The Classroom
The school organises a broad programme of activities such as day trips, parent and pupil workshops, residential trips and summer courses which support, complement and enrich the curriculum offer. The school also offers a programme of activities for the whole family, many of which are open to families from outside the school community.
